July 2026 Marketing Dates for Farming and the Lincolnshire Coast

July marks the beginning of the main summer season for Lincolnshire’s coast and visitor attractions. The county’s school summer holiday begins on 23rd July, so family-focused businesses should publish opening times, booking information and practical visitor content before demand increases.

Agricultural highlights include the Spilsby Show on 12th July and the Heckington Show on 25th and 26th July. These events create opportunities for rural businesses, food producers, makers, accommodation providers and nearby hospitality venues.

Farm Safety Week runs from 20th to 24th July. Farms, machinery companies, insurers, healthcare providers and agricultural advisers can use resources from the Farm Safety Foundation to publish helpful, responsible content. On 30th July, #Farm24 invites the industry to tell the story of British farming through social media. The campaign is supported by Farmers Guardian and agricultural partners.

For coastal businesses, National Marine Week begins on 25th July and runs until 9th August. World Drowning Prevention Day also falls on 25th July. These dates provide an opportunity to promote wildlife, responsible tourism and water safety without losing sight of the positive experiences the coast offers.

The Sutton on Sea and Trusthorpe Carnival takes place on 26th July. Check the Lincolnshire coast events guide for visitor information and other local events.
