November 2026 Marketing Dates for Lincolnshire Businesses

November marks the transition into the Christmas trading period, but businesses should balance promotional activity with important community and remembrance dates. Remembrance Sunday falls on 8th November and Remembrance Day on 11th November. Content around these dates should remain respectful and should not be used to drive sales.

World Fisheries Day on 21st November offers a relevant opportunity for Lincolnshire’s fishing, seafood, port and coastal communities. Businesses can introduce the people behind the industry, explain sourcing or discuss the importance of sustainable fisheries.

National Tree Week runs from 21st to 29th November and can support content from farms, estates, environmental groups, schools and community organisations. Useful activity could include planting projects, hedgerow management, woodland walks or information about the role of trees within agricultural landscapes.

The Lincolnshire Food and Gift Fair takes place at Lincolnshire Showground on 28th and 29th November. Food producers, makers and retailers can promote their attendance, introduce products and encourage customers to buy locally made Christmas gifts. Nearby hospitality and accommodation businesses can also use the event as part of a wider festive visit to Lincolnshire.

Black Friday falls on 27th November, but discounts are not essential. Small businesses can compete through service, expertise, local provenance, thoughtful gift ideas and added value instead of reducing prices.
